Beginning in January 2025, Presbyterian insurance plans will also be accepted.

Patients with all other forms of insurance will be required to pay cash at the time of the visit. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement.  Please text, call, or email to inquire about current cash pay rates.
